Sometimes we get a question more than once. These would be those, along with lovely answers.

Every now and then a tension rod comes out of the lug when doing rim shots or hitting hard. We recommend one of two things. First thing you can do is purchase some Lug Locks. Lug Locks keep your lug from turning using a small piece of plastic. Second thing you can purchase are Tight Screws. Tight Screws have a nylon insert built into the tension rod that keeps it from turning. Great for vintage drums.

Pork Pie Percussion is not a dealer but a manufacturer. We cannot sell drums directly to a consumer. To find a dealer nearest you check out our dealer locator. Call one up, they will help you with whatever you need.

Drums ordered from Pork Pie take about 3 months to finish from the time ordered. If something is needed faster, we will try to work with you as best as we can.

Squealer drums come from Taiwan. They are made from American maple and built to our specs. You can find out more about them here.

Normally we issue a warranty for a year. But, if you are having trouble with a Pork Pie product, contact us and we will do whatever we can do to fix the problem and keep you drumming.
